Initially bought this for my son, and I'm pretty certain I find it more entertaining haha! I've learned so much about the history of ice cream! Leave it to the Smithsonian to create such a wide-encompassing educational book like this! My son is still under 3 so the pictures and facts aren't as entertaining to him yet, but it's still a super cute book and for the money a home run
